• High performance systems with API responses in the 10ms range.

• Managing distributed databases for our Data Platform storing every user engagement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant DevOps / Infrastructure / SRE experience.

Requirements

• AWS infrastructure experience with:
• ECS (Fargate)
• Lambda
• RDS (PostgreSQL)
• DocumentDB (MongoDB compatible)
• S3
• CloudFront
• API Gateway
• WAF
• SES
• IAM
• VPC networking
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions (or similar)
• Containerization using Docker and container orchestration with ECS
• Strong networking fundamentals: load balancers, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, CDNs
• Monitoring and observability using Datadog, CloudWatch, Prometheus or similar
• Database operations with MongoDB/DocumentDB and PostgreSQL
• Fluent written and spoken English
