Role Description
We are currently seeking medior & senior engineers to join our team. You will work for our Nordic clients from different industries, including:
- Automotive
- Energy
- Financial services
- Telecommunications
Your responsibilities will include:
- Helping clients on their cloud journey
- Taking over existing infrastructure and migrating it to the cloud
- Modernizing infrastructure and managing it as Infrastructure as Code (IaaC)
- Implementing high availability and disaster recovery solutions
- Assisting developers in migrating monolithic applications to microservices
- Deploying cloud-native applications
You will be part of a team of 20 members organized in customer squads focused on customers.
Our hiring process involves:
- Initial contact with a recruiter to discuss your experience and expectations
- A meeting with the team manager, Eugen Budaca, and the Head of Public Cloud Nearshore, Benjamin Melikant
- Feedback provided after the meeting
- Finalizing hardware details and discussing the first days before your start date
Qualifications
- Experience working with cloud technologies, particularly Azure (GCP and AWS welcomed)
- Experience with customer onboardings, infrastructure configuration and tuning, migrations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management tasks
- Practical experience with DevOps, OS management, networking, security, and IaaC
- Working experience with Terraform is a significant advantage
- Experience with containers
- Strong communication skills for leading technical conversations with international customers

- Ability to ask questions and communicate effectively
