Role Description

LOIO is an AI-powered LegalTech SaaS platform that helps legal professionals draft, review, and manage legal documents more efficiently. Our product is trusted by law firms and legal departments to automate repetitive work while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.

As we continue to scale our product and marketing efforts, we're looking for a Web Analytics Engineer who will build a reliable analytics ecosystem connecting marketing, product usage, and revenue. This is a high-impact role with ownership over our measurement architecture from day one.

During your first months, you will:

• Design and own our analytics tracking architecture.
• Create a scalable tracking plan with consistent event taxonomy.
• Implement and improve GA4 Measurement Protocol together with backend engineers.
• Connect anonymous visitor journeys with authenticated product users using User ID.
• Configure and validate Consent Mode v2 to ensure GDPR-compliant tracking.
• Own Google Tag Manager implementation and maintain integrations with Google Ads and Meta.

You'll also be responsible for:

• Building trusted analytics datasets in BigQuery.
• Connecting GA4, CRM, billing, and product data into reliable reporting.
• Developing dashboards for Product and Marketing teams.
• Analyzing acquisition, activation, retention, and subscription conversion.
• Supporting A/B testing and experimentation with accurate measurement.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with GA4.
• Production experience implementing Measurement Protocol.
• Experience with User ID and Consent Mode v2.
• Advanced Google Tag Manager knowledge.
• Strong SQL skills (joins, window functions, sessionization, data modeling).
• Experience working with subscription-based SaaS products.
• JavaScript knowledge sufficient for implementing and debugging tracking.
• Understanding of APIs and HTTP requests.
