Role Description

The Transportation Analytics Lead is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing transportation analytics, business intelligence, and decision-support capabilities that enable data-driven operational and strategic decisions. This role transforms transportation data into meaningful insights through dashboards, reporting, KPI analysis, scenario modeling, and analytical solutions that improve transportation performance.

Working under the direction of the Transportation Intelligence & Optimization Mgr., this position supports enterprise transportation analytics by:

• Developing reports
• Validating data quality
• Identifying performance trends
• Delivering actionable insights that improve service, reduce costs, increase operational efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The Analyst partners closely with:

• Transportation Operations
• Product Management
• Process Excellence
• Finance
• Procurement
• Enterprise Data & Analytics

to ensure transportation information is accurate, trusted, and readily available to support business decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in transportation analytics, supply chain analytics, business intelligence, or related analytical roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards.
• Experience translating business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Working knowledge of transportation operations and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present analytical findings to business partners.
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.
