  • Identify operational gaps within the organization and design scalable, automated workflows to improve organizational efficiency and field productivity.
  • Partner with the Global Technical Operations team for a coordinated approach to data analytics across Technical Solutions.
  • Participate in LATAM theater leadership meetings to learn theater priorities, identify metrics to measure and produce weekly reports for the theater on their specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support business objectives.
  • Develop and automate complex reports and analytical dashboards using advanced tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Sheets, GCP BigQuery, Google Looker Studio, Salesforce, SQL, Python).

  • Establish and lead the operational 'heartbeat' for the theater, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
  • Author high-quality executive summaries, strategic documents, and presentations to communicate complex analytical findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous process improvement through data mining, statistical analysis, and the implementation of automation solutions through the use of AI.
  • Mentor and train leaders on advanced analytics tools and methodologies, fostering a culture of data literacy and continuous improvement.
  • Assist with reports for quarterly theater campaigns, Key Sales Objectives (KSOs) and Manager Bonus reporting issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Operations, or a related quantitative field or equivalent military experience required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics program management, data analytics, strategy and operations, business operations, sales operations, or a similar role within a technology or consulting environment.
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency in data architecture and visualization tools with a focus on translating complex datasets into operational strategy and actionable business insights.
  • Proven ability to automate complex reporting tasks and build scalable, repeatable analytics solutions.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects that require influencing stakeholders and driving behavioral change across a technical sales organization.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations.
  • Advanced critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering error-free, high-impact analytical work.
  • Experience working with large datasets, data warehousing, and business intelligence concepts.
  • A history of not just identifying insights, but owning the end-to-end implementation of operational improvements from conception to completion.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in AI-driven development, with a proven ability to use 'vibe coding' techniques to build and deploy dashboards at scale.
