Role Description

Here's how you will contribute to the success of the company:

• Guide teams across the organization in delivering valuable product propositions so people can work better.
• Perform hands-on analysis for new and current product and service integrations with our marketplace platform and our processes.
• Provide solutions that streamline new vendor onboarding and minimize operations impacts of changes to current vendor offering, APIs, or processes.
• Collaborate with product managers and other operational and development teams from Platform, Finance, Support, Sales, and Marketing.

Here's what your day-to-day will look like in this role:

• Participate in technical and operational discussions with vendors, and act as an SME for internal teams.
• Assess vendor integration feasibility and complexity level.
• Elicit and document business needs and requirements from identified stakeholders, in the context of new vendor integrations and current vendor integrations improvements.
• Assist the product managers in defining the reselling model.
• Perform partner interviews and participate in escalation calls.
• Propose modifications to our platform needed to streamline vendor integrations or improve overall product acquisition experience.
• Participate in the prioritization of required integrations and modifications.
• Propose modifications to our platform and processes to allow operational efficiency.
• Define success criteria and participate in acceptance testing.
• Work closely with the development teams and other operational delivery teams during the integration phase.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, IT or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in product ownership, functional analysis, business analysis or product management.
• Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
• Experience within SaaS vendor or reseller ecosystem is considered an asset.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Postman, Rest APIs, Python, and/or Power Automate is considered an asset.
• Analytic mind and ability to look at the big picture.
• Thirst for learning and interest in the field of high technology.
• Value teamwork, demonstrate leadership and exercise a positive influence on work teams.
• Results-oriented and capable of proposing realistic but ambitious business strategies.
• Customer-centric and business-focused mindset, comfortable having conversations with clients.
