Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst with a strong hybrid business and technical background, experienced in enterprise environments, and capable of managing stakeholders while driving requirements and delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
• Strong experience in the Insurance domain (mandatory)
• Proven experience in requirements elicitation and documentation
• Experience writing user stories and managing backlogs
• Hands-on experience in UAT and testing processes
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience working with SQL and databases
• Understanding of system design concepts
• Knowledge of JSON/XML
• Familiarity with API concepts (REST/SOAP – nice to have)
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge of BPMN and BDD/Gherkin
• Advanced skills in Excel
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• English level: B2 or above

Requirements

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity of requirements
• Support and coordinate UAT and testing activities
• Work closely with development teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements
• Maintain documentation and ensure traceability across systems
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to delivery processes
