[Hiring] Staffing and Resource Forecasting Analyst @WellSky

Role Description

The Staffing and Resource Forecasting Analyst is responsible for improving organizational efficiency by analyzing data, processes, and systems. The scope of this job includes creating clear and concise documentation, as well as surfacing relevant insights to business stakeholders.

We are currently hiring for our evening shift from 2pm-1am Monday-Friday with some weekends and Holidays. It will involve working with offshore vendors to ensure appropriate staffing.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and perform basic analysis of data from various sources to identify trends and support decision-making processes.
• Assist in evaluating existing operational processes by providing data and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain and update reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide regular updates to the management team.
• Consult with different departments to gather data and provide support for understanding operational challenges.
• Document operational processes, workflows, and improvements to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency across the organization.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 0-2 years of Relevant Work Experience

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
• Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
• Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
