[Hiring] SR Data Engineer (Cloud & Infrastructure Focus) - Python/GCP @Zallpy Digital

What you will do:

• Design, build, and optimize end-to-end data pipelines in a cloud-based data platform;
• Ingest data from APIs and RPA systems and transform it into structured datasets;
• Manage data across raw, staging, and curated layers ensuring consistency and usability;
• Develop and deploy Python-based services and cloud functions;
• Work with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Storage) for storage, transformation, and querying;
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support reliable data workflows;
• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform;
• Develop automated processes for data integration and delivery to external systems;
• Ensure data quality, performance, and reliability across pipelines;
• Collaborate with teams to deliver scalable and maintainable data solutions.

Qualifications

• Fluent English;
• Experience designing and developing scalable data pipelines;
• Experience ingesting and transforming data from APIs and automated sources (e.g., RPA);
• Strong knowledge of data lifecycle management based on Medallion Architecture;
• Proficiency in Python for building data solutions and services;
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, especially BigQuery and Cloud Storage;
• Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines;
• Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar);
• Experience building automated data integration processes for internal and external systems;
• Strong understanding of data quality, performance, and reliability best practices.

Requirements

• Nice to have:
• Experience with RPA-based data ingestion;
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps;
• Experience working in modern cloud-based data platforms.
