Role Description

We're looking for a Software Engineer who is passionate about building data-driven solutions that help businesses make smarter decisions. What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data management solutions.
• Develop Python applications and automation scripts to improve data workflows.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau for internal teams and clients.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to understand reporting and analytics needs.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems.
• Optimize databases and data processing performance.
• Integrate APIs and third-party platforms into existing data infrastructure.
• Support data-driven product features and analytics initiatives.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with data management, ETL processes, and database optimization.
• Advanced experience with Tableau (dashboard development and data visualization).
• Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with APIs and data integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience working for a U.S.-based startup.
• Experience in the real estate industry, PropTech, or MLS-related platforms.
• Previous experience building or supporting SaaS products.
• Familiarity with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of BI tools beyond Tableau is a plus.
