[Hiring] SkillBridge – US 2026 Active Duty US Military ONLY @Aimpoint Digital

Role Description

Aimpoint Digital SkillBridge participants will complete an online onboarding program with other Data Engineers, Analytics Consultants, and Data Scientists to prepare for consulting engagements focused on delivering data and analytic advisory and solutions here at Aimpoint Digital. By participating in this program, we anticipate this will better prepare you for project-based client-facing work at Aimpoint Digital. This program is designed to focus on the similarities and differences between classwork you have done before and casework – to give you the leg up when it comes to programming, data literacy, interacting with clients, and delivering quality solutions.

What you will do:

• Quickly engage with multiple team members to expedite becoming part of the Aimpoint community
• Upskill yourself with a mix of instructor-led sessions, mock projects, async content, and client facing calls/work
• Achieve certifications relevant to your career, primarily around Databricks, Snowflake, and Claude

Qualifications

• BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or equivalent experience
• Required competency in Python for data manipulation
• Experience communicating complex topics and results to high-level stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills, able to work independently, and lead projects, initiatives, and/or people
