[Hiring] Senior Reporting & Analytics Lead @Capgemini

Role Description

Own and continuously improve reporting, analytics, and KPI management across a global ADAS data acquisition program.

• Define, monitor, and optimize operational, data quality, delivery, and financial KPIs.
• Develop dashboards, automated reports, and performance tracking solutions for project and customer stakeholders.
• Analyze operational data, driver feedback, and issue logs to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable insights, executive reporting, and data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Reporting, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Performance Management.
• Strong knowledge of Automotive and ADAS environments.
• Advanced expertise in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and data modeling.
• Experience with ElasticSearch, Kibana, Logstash, AWS OpenSearch, and DynamoDB.
• Knowledge of statistics, ML data-quality metrics, data engineering fundamentals, and CSV/JSON processing.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent data storytelling and presentation skills.
• Advanced English communication skills.
