[Hiring] Senior Quality Data Analyst @Ascension

Role Description

Support Clinical and Nursing System, Market and Hospital leadership related to clinical priority goals, system initiatives and process improvement projects.

• Serve as a key resource/SME in collection and analysis of data.
• Lead projects related to the compilation, development and implementation of data visualization tools including but not limited to: Tableau.
• Tailor visuals for varying audiences: make complex information clear, engaging, and actionable.
• Partner with ADSI and other data teams in defining and developing process and outcome measures.
• Compile analytical and statistical reports.
• Formulate, define and recommend scope and format of presentation visualizations and communications.
• Self-directed project management skills based on stakeholder partnerships.
• Lead and participate in the roll out of high priority quality & safety data projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years of experience preferred.

Requirements

• Experience with project management or process improvement.
• Clinical and leadership background/degree.
• Experience with and/or knowledge of capabilities of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and SQL preferred.
