Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Power BI developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced Power BI reports and dashboards.

Design, develop, and deploy advanced Power BI reports and dashboards
Maintain and support data analytics platforms, ensuring optimized query performance
Work with complex Power BI datasets, ensuring robust performance and scalability for large data volumes
Connect to various data sources and transform data into actionable insights through Power BI
Conduct analysis with a strong focus on query optimization and data efficiency
Evaluate and improve existing BI solutions for performance, reusability, and scalability
Present information through high-performance reports and complex visualizations tailored to business needs
Translate business requirements into advanced technical specifications and scalable data models
Assist QA Engineers with testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of BI solutions
Create technical documentation to support scalable Power BI solutions
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions
Train and support end-users on Power BI and Power Apps functionalities, ensuring they can utilize the tools effectively
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineering

Qualifications

English level – B2 or higher
4+ years of proven experience as a Microsoft Power BI Engineer
Strong knowledge of SQL queries
Proven ability to transform complex data into compelling visual reports and dashboards
Proficient in data visualization best practices
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling processes (dimensional, star)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to mentor and guide a team
Strong technical documentation skills
