[Hiring] Senior Manager - Data Analyst for Medical Health Claims @EXL

Role Description

The Senior Data Analyst will support the business team in evaluating trends on utilization of products/services based on historical data.

• Analyze care management trends, claim utilization, and member attributes.
• Develop cost-effective quality products/services.
• Retrieve, organize, and perform research/analysis on Medical Health Claim data to identify root causes.
• Proactive thinker and self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge in health care claims, including Inpatient, Outpatient, SNF, Rehab, Professional, DME, HCD/HIT areas.
• Previous claim payment experience is beneficial and recommended.
• Understanding of Medical claim terminology and insurance terminology.
• Experience with provider billing practices, claim system limitations, and provider contracting terms is highly recommended.
• Experience in Pre Pay and Post Pay is recommended/encouraged.

Benefits

• Salary Range: $120k - $125k.
