[Hiring] Senior / Lead Analyst, Customer Insights @Arcadia

Role Description

Analytics sits at the center of how Arcadia turns complex healthcare data into better outcomes and smarter decisions.

• Building and owning productized analytics engines (risk, medical economics, episodes-of-care) that power Arcadia's platform company-wide.
• Custom data models, bespoke dashboards, advisory work, and long-running embedded programs for specific customer problems.
• Hiring for several closely related analyst roles across the broader Analytics organization.
• Roles span ownership of core analytics engines, program-specific analytical development, and dedicated analytics support for major health plans.
• Positions at the Senior Analyst or Lead Analyst level, combining technical excellence with influence over analytic strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and data modeling expertise.
• Healthcare data experience (claims and/or clinical data).
• Direct customer- or partner-facing experience.
• Comfortable adopting AI tooling as a standard part of an analytical workflow.
• For Lead-level placement: demonstrated experience leading analytical work independently.

Requirements

• Translate ambiguous business and clinical questions into a concrete data plan.
• Develop and maintain analytical pipelines using SQL, dbt, and Arcadia's core data platform.
• Design and build predictive or risk models in partnership with a dedicated Data Science team.
• Build dashboards, provider scorecards, and other analytical deliverables.
• Manage delivery calendars and decision logs for programs or projects.
• Create client-facing materials tailored to various stakeholders.
• Serve as a primary or supporting contact for customers or delivery partners.
• Mentor and develop junior analysts.
