Role Description
As a member of the Technology team, the Senior ERP Business Analyst will be responsible for teaming with business stakeholders to continually improve and support the company’s Dynamics Finance and Operations and interfacing systems.
- Identify opportunities to leverage D365 to improve processes
- Gather relevant requirements, design solutions, configuration, implementation, and training
- Document requirements and collaborate with business partners to determine solutions
- Create, maintain, and track project plans
- Deliver solutions and provide ongoing support functions
- Support the ongoing monitoring of level 2 and 3 support items to ensure systems and interfaces are operating as designed and data integrity is maintained
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 7+ years of relevant work experience, including technical and business analysis experience
- 3-5+ years’ experience configuring and developing in Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations, SAP, Oracle, or comparable
- Working experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations is strongly desired
- Experience working in project-based organizations is a strong plus, particularly in environments where project accounting is a core business function
- PowerBI or comparable applications and solutions is a strong plus
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst with strong business acumen
- Demonstrated ability to assess and translate business needs into requirements and systems design documents
- Effective meeting/workshop facilitation skills in both one-on-one and group settings
- Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to guide business leaders in adopting best practices
- Ability to meet and coordinate multiple tasks and tight deadlines

- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to a cross-disciplinary audience
- Must work well in a remote team environment
- Aptitude for analytical thinking, attentive to detail, and able to stay organized across multiple workstreams
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and present effectively
- Effectively solves problems and conflicts, thrives in collaborative environments
