[Hiring] Senior Data Operations Coordinator @The Nielsen Company

Role Description

International Data Solutions Operations (Audience Measurement) is a department responsible for collecting data from the field and delivering it to our clients. The supervisor is responsible for monitoring the projects and ensuring all projects follow the right procedures, meet timelines, and maintain good quality.

• Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company’s plans and vision and communicate them to interviewers.
• Organize workflow and ensure that interviewers understand their duties or delegated tasks.
• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Travel outside the domicile town (if needed).
• Receive complaints and resolve problems.
• Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
• Pass on information from upper management to interviewers and vice versa.
• Prepare and submit performance reports.
• Hire and train new interviewers.
• Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.

Qualifications

• Education: Min High School graduate, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Min. 1 (one) year as Field Quality Control / Field Officer / recruiters.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office and managing databases.
• Knowledge of fieldwork concepts and survey methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Able to work as an individual and in a team.
• Have own motorcycle.
• Able to communicate in English.
