Role Description

cBEYONData is seeking a skilled Senior Data Manager to join our team in support of a Data Engineering and Analytics effort for a Federal customer. The purpose of the work is to seek data engineering and analytics support in generating requirements for a technical upgrade of the client's ERP system to S/4HANA.

Acts as the overall lead and data manager for the effort
Serve as a primary interface with the Government, including Contracting Officer’s Representative, and shall be available for in-person meetings on short notice (24 hours) in the National Capital Region
Recognized expert in financial management, business systems, accounting, human capital, innovation field, or other relevant subjects
Provides deep subject-matter expertise and interacts with the government primarily at the SES and Flag Officer level

Qualifications

Experience deploying functional and technical subject-matter expertise in a particular relevant field in support of State or Federal Government agencies or large, complex companies (greater than 1,000 employees)
20 years of Federal ERP experience
Recent Navy ERP data migration experience
Experience leading large complex IT/Data transformations for DoD environment
Experience leading S/4HANA upgrades
Certification in fields related to data science, data analytics, computer science, IT, Business Intelligence, Data Architecture
Experience leveraging Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodology

Requirements

Supervisory experience
U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret security clearance are required
Must be a U.S. Citizen (no dual citizenship)
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited United States college or university in a field of study relevant to his/her professional role
Fifteen (15) years of relevant experience. An additional two (2) years of relevant experience may substitute for the minimum education requirement

Skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong sense of mission and commitment to making a difference
Certification in fields related to data science, data analytics, computer science, IT, Business Intelligence, Data Architecture

Preferred

Master’s Degree in Business or a related field
Experience working ERP Systems preferably SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA
