[Hiring] Senior Data Delivery Specialist @Marble

Role Description

This role owns the complex health data requests that require direct intervention. You will resolve issues such as:

• Requests from providers that have stopped responding
• Invoices that cannot be reconciled
• Digital requests failing for undiagnosed reasons
• Expedited projects needing immediate turnaround

You will work directly with law firm clients, healthcare providers, and digital network partners, serving as the front-line signal to Product and Development teams regarding platform issues. You will report to the Group Manager on the Fulfillment team and collaborate with a small operations group.

What you'll do

• Own the complex requests and escalations.
• Chase providers who have gone quiet, resolve invoices, and close stalled requests independently.
• Keep our queues within their standards.
• Protect compliance on every request by verifying authorizations and meeting documentation standards.
• Deliver client projects directly by working with firms via phone and email.
• Get new accounts live and configured with tailored setups for each client.
• Make the platform better by diagnosing issues and reporting bugs to Product and Development.
• Bring the team up with you by mentoring junior teammates on escalation handling and compliance accuracy.

Qualifications

• Independently resolved escalated matters with external parties, providers, vendors, payers, or partners.
• Problem-solving skills focused on root causes rather than symptoms.
• Comfortable using Excel for filtering, reconciling, and reviewing data.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with clients and external partners.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environments while maintaining accuracy.

Bonus points

• Experience in healthcare, health information management, insurance claims, or the legal industry.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, health record documentation, or data privacy frameworks.
• Improved processes or contributed to automation projects.
• Worked with digital health networks or health information exchanges.

Where you'll work

This role is fully remote within Canada. Candidates local to the Toronto area have the option of working in the downtown Toronto office on a hybrid basis.
