Role Description

Morgan 6 is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support an advanced counterintelligence analytics program for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The Senior Data Analyst will conduct multi-domain risk analysis across supply-chain, corporate, cyber, financial, and network data and convert technical and model-generated findings into clear, defensible analytical products for Government decision-makers.

This role is responsible for producing analytic outputs across all three program priorities, including supply-chain risk management, behavioral anomaly detection, and cyber alert triage. The analyst will build investigative packages, dashboards, timelines, and written assessments and will validate model findings in operational context for FAA leadership.

This position is contingent upon contract award, currently anticipated October 1, 2026. Candidates must be available to begin work by October 15, 2026, if the contract is awarded and all applicable pre-employment and Government access requirements are satisfied.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in intelligence analysis, investigative analysis, data analysis, supply-chain risk analysis, counterintelligence analysis, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting complex, multi-source analytical research.
  • Experience producing investigative packages, risk assessments, written intelligence products, timelines, or analytical reports for decision-makers.
  • Experience conducting link analysis, network analysis, or relationship mapping.
  • Experience analyzing companies, ownership structures, suppliers, individuals, financial relationships, or other interconnected entities.
  • Experience identifying patterns, anomalies, relationships, and information gaps within large or complex datasets.
  • Strong analytical writing and briefing skills.
  • Ability to evaluate quantitative or model-generated results and place them into operational or mission context.
  • Ability to clearly articulate confidence, limitations, assumptions, and alternative explanations.
  • Strong attention to source provenance, data quality, and analytic traceability.
  • Ability to work effectively with data scientists, engineers, technical leads, investigators, and Government stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate technical and quantitative findings into clear, concise analytical products.
  • Ability to manage multiple analytical requirements and competing priorities.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required Government security and system access.
  • Must be available to start by October 15, 2026.

    • Memgraph/MAGE or comparable graph database and network-analysis technologies.
    • Sayari for corporate structure, beneficial ownership, supply-chain, or entity research.
    • NexusXplore or comparable OSINT/data-fusion platforms.
    • Moody’s or comparable corporate, financial, and risk datasets.
    • SecurityScorecard or comparable cyber-risk and external security-posture platforms.
    • GLEIF data for legal-entity identification and corporate relationships.
    • Sanctions and restricted-party datasets.
    • ICIJ corporate and offshore-entity datasets.
    • Wirescreen or comparable corporate intelligence and supply-chain research platforms.
    • Dashboarding, visualization, or investigative-analysis platforms used to communicate complex relationships and findings.

  • Compensation varies based on factors such as location, experience, and skill set. For positions based in California, Colorado, D.C., Maryland, New York, or Washington, the salary range for this position is $100,000 – $160,000 annually.
