Role Description
This role involves leading solution development projects with multiple in-term deliverables.
- Client facing role with ability to communicate difficult concepts effectively
- Assemble and manage various first- and third-party datasets
- Conduct site-specific evaluations, analysis, create charts/visuals and write reports
- Generate, validate, and communicate analysis results leveraging Kalibrate solutions
- Perform ad hoc analytical tasks to address our clients’ needs
A successful candidate can:
- Successfully deliver projects on-time and to budget
- Effectively communicate difficult concepts to client stakeholders
- Leverage various first- and third-party datasets
- Summarize findings and help derive insights from data and analyses
- Work efficiently with internal team members, often virtually
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working in a statistical analyst/predictive modeling/consumer research capacity
Requirements
- Exposure to standard industry types we serve (restaurant/retail/services)
- Experience troubleshooting issues/errors in analysis outputs
- Strong understanding of statistical techniques and principles
- Experience validating data inputs/outputs to ensure integrity
- Experience working with and transforming data into a useful format
- Ability to conduct outside-the-box investigation to improve research quality
- Demonstrated ability to produce thorough, validated results
- Self-managed personal productivity to meet deadlines
- Engage in proactive communication (internally and externally)
- Maintain good work organization and process documentation
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and work collaboratively
- Ability to conduct oneself professionally with colleagues and clients

Work Environment
This role is remote with a preference for someone located near one of our offices in either Livonia, Michigan or Irving, Texas.
