Role Description
The Senior Business Strategy Analyst will analyze product usage data from both channel partners and direct clients, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth. This role will serve as a critical link between the product, sales, and pricing teams, leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic decisions and enhance product offerings. Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Strategic Insights:
- Analyze client product adoption data to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps.
- Provide data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions, product development, and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on product performance, highlighting key drivers of growth and optimization areas.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and pricing, to influence strategic decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between business teams, translating data insights into actionable recommendations for revenue growth and product commercialization.
- Partner with product and technical teams to address user experience challenges and enhance customer engagement.

Business Strategy & Process Optimization:
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data through rigorous testing and validation.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and streamline reporting processes.
- Apply strong inferential thinking to proactively address key business questions and inform next steps.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience utilizing SQL for complex data querying and analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect data insights to business objectives.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with key stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly present findings and influence decision-making.
- Proven experience in a business strategy, analytics, or product support role.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Experience with statistical analysis software.
