[Hiring] Senior Business Analyst @Builders FirstSource

Role Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in the implementation, optimization, and enhancement of our HR, Real Estate, Legal and other shared services applications. In this role, you will act as a liaison between users across the organization and the IT department, enhancing the solution platform to meet the needs and goals of the business. This role supports the business by:

• Analyzing business needs
• Solidifying requirements
• Troubleshooting issues
• Training focal point users
• Managing projects
• Defining solutions

Additionally, as a member of the IT Applications Team, you will provide functional and technical support to Business Users to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Team members are expected to become the experts for their applications and have strong knowledge of business processes supported by the Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise applications.
• Proven experience translating complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Experience facilitating workshops, interviews, and process discovery sessions with business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Strong understanding of business processes within Human Resources, Legal, Real Estate, and other Shared Services functions.
• Experience with platforms such as Dayforce, SAP SuccessFactors, CoStar, Docusign, and other HR, Legal, Real Estate, Contract Management applications.
• Experience supporting SaaS/cloud-based applications and integrations between enterprise systems.
