Role Description

The Senior Business Analyst supports Sales Operations by identifying opportunities to improve business processes, analyzing system and reporting needs, and serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT. This role is responsible for gathering requirements, troubleshooting issues, coordinating testing activities, and developing reports and dashboards that support operational and strategic decision-making.

• Partner with Sales and business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Gather, document, and communicate business requirements for system enhancements and issue resolution.
• Investigate and troubleshoot Salesforce-related business process and data issues.
• Coordinate and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system changes and enhancements.
• Create, maintain, and analyze reports and dashboards to support business operations and performance tracking.
• Monitor data quality and identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, business systems support, or related roles.
• Experience supporting Salesforce users and business processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirements-gathering skills.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

• Market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits.
• Base pay range for full-time employment is $97,156.80 - $142,584.00 annually.
• Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
• Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
