Role Description

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work at the intersection of business and data — understanding business questions, using data to investigate them, and translating your findings into clear and actionable insights. The role will provide analytical support across different areas of the Analytics team, including pricing, promotions, and experimentation.

• Understand and translate business questions into structured analytical approaches.
• Conduct end-to-end analysis to support commercial and D2C initiatives.
• Write, optimise and use SQL queries to investigate business questions and work with relevant datasets.
• Provide analytical support across areas such as pricing, promotions, and experimentation, depending on the team's priorities.
• Support the analysis and interpretation of experiments and A/B tests where relevant.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights.
• Work independently to structure analytical problems, determine appropriate approaches and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Communicate progress, findings, and next steps clearly with the wider team.
• Collaborate with the Analytics team to increase analytical capacity and accelerate insight delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, including writing and optimising queries.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct independent, end-to-end analysis.
• Experience translating business questions into analytical approaches and actionable insights.
• Experience working collaboratively with analytics, commercial or business teams.
