Role Description

Everforth ECS is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst – Microsoft Power Platform to support federal clients in business process improvement, data analytics, and digital transformation. The ideal candidate brings a balanced combination of business analysis expertise and Microsoft Power Platform technical skills, enabling them to improve business processes, develop data visualizations and dashboards, and deliver no-code/low-code solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Intelligence & Microsoft Power Platform
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that transform complex business data into actionable insights supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Translate business requirements into reporting solutions, defining KPIs, data requirements, dashboard layouts, and visualization approaches.
  • Connect and transform data from sources including SharePoint Online, Excel, and enterprise systems to support analytics and reporting needs.
  • Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure dashboards and reports deliver accurate, reliable information.
• Business Analysis & Business Process Reengineering
  • Lead business process reengineering (BPR) efforts to evaluate and improve HR operations across federal agencies.
  • Conduct current and future-state process analysis, including gap assessments, and recommend improvements aligned with federal HR policies and operational goals.
  • Gather, document, and analyze business, functional, and system requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, HR specialists, and IT teams.
  • Serve as liaison between business units, technical teams, and policy experts to ensure alignment across workstreams.
  • Analyze and support optimization of federal HR systems including USA Staffing, HR Connect, eOPF, EHRI, Oracle, Workday, UKG and related human capital enterprise applications.
  • Develop and maintain business process workflows using Microsoft Visio.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to identify inefficiencies and improve operational performance.
  • Monitor process change implementation to ensure compliance and alignment with system capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering and documenting business, functional, and technical/system requirements.
• Proficiency in Power BI dashboard and report development and maintenance.
• Proficiency in developing and supporting Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and Power Platform integration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio for business process modeling and workflow documentation.
• Experience connecting and transforming data from multiple sources to support reporting and business intelligence needs.

Requirements

• Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000
