[Hiring] Senior Business Analyst @ASRC Federal

Role Description

ASRC NetCentric is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support an upcoming DHS program. This is a remote position. Position is contingent upon award.

The DHS Program will provide professional services to support application analysis, architectural design, engineering, development, maintenance, and support. Work includes implementation of:

• Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
• Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Flow, and Power Business Intelligent (BI))
• SharePoint
• Office 365
• Azure products and Services
• Dataverse
• Drupal
• Confluence
• Jira
• ServiceNow

We will provide a team experienced with:

• Design
• Agile software development
• Project management
• Technical architecture
• Engineering and design
• Continuous integration and delivery

• Testing
• Configuration management
• Ongoing operations and maintenance
• Cloud migration

The Senior Analyst will lead analysis/design for moderately complex systems; document procedures; oversee Analysts.

Responsibilities include:

• Understanding business requirements to accurately translate them into system requirements
• Understanding the design of moderately complex information systems to define functional issues and business requirements for software development
• Helping to define how information systems may be upgraded or replaced
• Conducting trade-off analyses on business and technical requirements
• Quickly developing a working understanding of applicable programming languages, operating systems, and databases used on projects and programs
• Developing procedures, manuals, and other documentation for information systems
• Overseeing work of Analysts on specific tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 8 years’ experience combined in systems analysis and design of information systems programs
• US Citizen and ability to successfully complete a government-issued background investigation
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust
• Prior Public Trust or Security Clearance, preferred
• Superior verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly convey complex technical and programmatic topics to diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities; able to turn ambiguous requirements into actionable plans
• Ability to motivate and guide technical teams, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
