[Hiring] Senior Business Analyst @TATA nexarc

Role Description

Are you customer focused, analytical, strategic and yet execution focused? Are you passionate about using technology to bring in transformation in your customers' business? Do you have an eye for insights from complex data? We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for our business team.

In this role, you will be responsible for analytics projects across different verticals and expected to deliver end-to-end solutions for business teams. This role is a high visibility role with frequent interaction with company CXOs and business leaders.

We are looking for an individual with excellent analytical abilities and outstanding business acumen and the ability to work with business and tech teams. You should be a self-starter comfortable with exploring and forging their own trail, with a sharp eye for details, an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Experience in managing project requirements from multiple teams and converting them into analytics requirements for the team, setting expectations with respect to analytics outcomes with business teams.
• Combing through large volumes of data to synthesize actionable insights for business and product teams to create change/add value to our customers.
• Develop relevant KPIs for different business verticals, track the trends and deduce insights to help different product and service teams.
• Creating and automating dashboards & reports for consumption by cross-functional stakeholders.
• Managing and aligning stakeholders about delivery of the reports/dashboards.
• Working closely with tech teams on defining the data requirements and contribute in designing backend tables for different business verticals.

Qualifications

• Tier 1 B-school or Engineering institute with overall 5-8 years of experience.
• At least 4 Years overall experience in SaaS, Internet, e-commerce, new age banking/finance industries.
• At least 2 years of experience of setting up of business reporting on sales acquisition, customer active use, product adoption etc.
• Hands-on expertise in managing data and setting the foundations of analytics infrastructure.
