[Hiring] Senior Analyst, Solutions @Fusion Transport

Role Description

• Conducting comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and translate them into analytical requirements.
• Developing and presenting detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations.
• Leading solution design initiatives by evaluating potential approaches and selecting the most effective strategies.
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet desired outcomes and adjust as necessary.
• Analyzing customer sales data to identify trends and network patterns, and develop pricing models and projections for inbound, fulfillment, and outbound operations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership, to align pricing strategies with broader business objectives.
• Designing data-driven network optimization strategies that identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements for existing and prospective clients.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
• Three (3) years of experience in any occupation which includes the required experience/skills.

Requirements

• Three (3) years of experience with data analysis tools including Excel and Power BI.
• Two (2) years of experience with assessing and analyzing source data to design unique logistics products complementary to both client and service providers.
• Strong understanding of retail logistics and performance standards across North America.
• Two (2) years of experience with navigating and extracting data from TMS and WMS platforms similar to Synapse and Mercury Gate.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Strong immersive understanding of the geographic location(s) of warehouse site selections.
• Experience optimizing cost, time, and efficiencies relative to unique distribution points across multi modes of transportation.
