[Hiring] Senior Analyst @Pearl

Role Description

As a Senior Analyst at Pearl, you will drive data-informed business decisions by uncovering insights, identifying growth opportunities, and evaluating the impact of business and product initiatives. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to support experimentation, conduct deep-dive analyses, and translate data into actionable business recommendations. You will also contribute to Pearl's growing investment in AI and Agentic Analytics by leveraging cutting-edge large language models (LLMs) and AI agents to automate analytical workflows, improve data accessibility, and enable smarter, faster decision-making.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with Product and business teams to formulate hypotheses, design A/B experiments, define success metrics, and analyze results.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, uncover growth opportunities, and provide actionable business recommendations.
• Act as a strategic analytics partner, helping stakeholders make informed decisions and shape business direction.
• Leverage AI tools, LLMs, and AI agents to automate analytical workflows and improve efficiency.
• Develop AI-powered solutions and agentic workflows that enable self-service analytics and faster access to insights.
• Build and enhance reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics (preferably within e-commerce or customer experience products).
• Proficiency in analysis and business modeling using Excel.
• Experience with Google Analytics, BigQuery, Power BI, and Python / R would be a plus.
• Experience with SQL and a strong ability to write complex queries to extract information and arrive at an answer.
• Expertise in descriptive and inferential statistical analysis.
• Strong experience in setting up and driving A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and analyzing the results.
• Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, and AI agents, with an interest in applying them to analytics and automating analytical workflows.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• English proficiency at a strong upper-intermediate level.
