[Hiring] SAP Data Migration Lead @Navtech, Inc.

Role Description

SAP Data Lead with multiple SAP Data migration project experience (Data migration project experience is a MUST with a lead role).

• Exposure to SAP HANA; understanding of structure differences between SAP ECC and S4 HANA.
• Strong experience in SAP Data Services, Information Steward, IDOCS, BAPI, LSMW, and SAP Migration cockpit is a plus.
• Good experience in working with the client in Data Quality, Profiling and Cleansing, Data harmonization.
• Good experience in developing data migration strategy and approach for S/4 HANA implementation.
• Ability to build data quality scorecards, preload and post-load report preparation and validation, and advise on data cleansing requirements.
• Competency in providing advisory services to the business to understand their data management issues and advising on appropriate data management strategies and techniques.
• Experience with mock loads, cutover planning, and preparation of data migration tasks.
• Interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships and practical communication skills both verbal and written.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; good consulting skills are a pre-requisite, with business-facing consulting capability.
