[Hiring] Sales Analytics & Data Operations Team Lead @DCX

Role Description

DCX is seeking a Sales Analytics & Data Operations Team Lead to support a U.S.-based partner by assisting with financial reporting, data management, reconciliations, and analysis. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial data, supporting month-end close activities, improving reporting processes, and identifying trends within financial information. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and contributing to business operations in a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or related roles
• Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, Complex formulas
• Demonstrated prior experience in data reconciliation or data matching work
• Demonstrated history of learning multiple business systems (e.g., any ERP such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage; any CRM such as Salesforce, HubSpot; or any vertical-specific platform such as Restoration Manager)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365: Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams
• Experience working with data management, spreadsheets, or reporting tools
• Understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and general accounting principles
• Experience supporting month-end close activities is an advantage
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
