Role Description

DCX is seeking a Home-Based Sales Analytics & Data Operations Analyst to support a U.S.-based partner by assisting with financial reporting, data management, reconciliations, and analysis. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial data, supporting month-end close activities, improving reporting processes, and identifying trends within financial information. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and contributing to business operations in a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or related roles
• Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours

Requirements

• Analytical Thinking – Interprets financial data accurately to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
• Attention to Detail – Maintains a high level of accuracy across spreadsheets, reports, and financial records
• Organization & Time Management – Effectively manages multiple priorities and meets recurring deadlines
• Data Management – Ensures financial data is clean, accurate, and consistently maintained across systems and reports
• Technical Proficiency – Demonstrates advanced Excel skills and adaptability with financial systems and tools
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF statements, and financial reporting functions
• Experience building, maintaining, and analyzing spreadsheets and datasets
• Familiarity with financial systems, ERP platforms, or accounting software is a plus
• Understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and general accounting principles
• Experience supporting month-end close activities is an advantage
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
