[Hiring] Revenue Operations Data Analyst @Redwood Software

Role Description

As a Revenue Operations Data Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing sales data, developing insightful reports, and providing data-driven recommendations to improve sales performance and operational efficiency. You will interpret complex data sets, identify trends and opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and support strategic decision-making.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive sales dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales pipeline, conversion rates, revenue, and profitability.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and areas for improvement, and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Develop and implement forecasting models to predict future sales performance.
• Create and manage custom reports and conduct ad-hoc data analysis to address specific stakeholder needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to leverage data for decision-making and strategic planning.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve data quality and streamline processes.
• Maintain and improve data infrastructure and processes.
• Stay current on trends and technologies in sales data analytics.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Communicate complex data insights effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations team members to ensure data is accurate and complete.
• Proactively identify and communicate potential issues or risks based on data analysis.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility.

Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on experience with data analysis tools and techniques, including Salesforce, SQL, Python, R, Qlik/Tableau, and Excel; SQL is a must-have.
• Experience in a sales and revenue operations or data analyst role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Passion for using data to drive business results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
