[Hiring] Revenue Operations Analyst @Learning Pool

Role Description

Revenue Operations at Confirm owns the systems, data, process and enablement the business uses to generate and grow revenue. This role owns the numbers for everything up to the point a deal is won.

You will be the single analyst accountable for new business performance, from marketing campaign and channel activity, through SDR effort, into opportunity and closed won. Marketing reporting is a substantial part of this role rather than a corner of it:

• Campaign analysis
• Channel attribution
• Digital analytics
• Pipeline and conversion

You will own the reporting the business runs on rather than producing reports on request, and you will be the person who can explain why a number moved, not only what it is. You will also own the compensation plans for the new business team, and the plan mechanics across the wider commercial population.

Confirm has grown partly by acquisition, so product, pricing and account structures still carry the fingerprints of several businesses that ran their own way. You will not be fixing that alone, because we are hiring a Commercial Analytics Engineer to build the single source underneath you, but you will need to be comfortable analysing across it while that work lands. The role reports to the VP Revenue Operations.

Responsibilities will include:

• Own end-to-end reporting and analysis across the new business funnel, from marketing activity through SDR effort, opportunity creation and closed won.
• Own marketing performance reporting: campaign and channel analysis, marketing sourced and influenced pipeline, and conversion through MQL, SQL and SAL.
• Work across digital and web analytics, including GA4, alongside CRM and marketing automation data.
• Measure return on marketing investment with real rigour.
• Define and govern the shared funnel and demand KPIs.
• Own the lead and account scoring methodology.
• Design and measure experiments with Marketing.
• Own compensation administration for the new business population.
• Partner the VP Marketing, VP Sales and SDR leadership as their named analyst.
• Specify what new business reporting needs from the warehouse with the Commercial Analytics Engineer.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in marketing, demand generation, revenue or commercial analytics, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• A real grasp of funnel measurement: attribution approaches and their limits, incrementality, conversion analysis, and unit economics.
• Hands-on experience of marketing performance reporting, including campaign and channel analysis and digital analytics such as GA4.
• Strong practical command of a CRM as an analytical source, ideally Salesforce.
• Confidence in a marketing automation platform such as HubSpot.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and the confidence to interrogate data.
• Skill in a BI tool such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
• Experience administering sales compensation plans, or clear evidence of the numeracy and process discipline that work requires.
• Ability to translate a vague commercial question into a clear analysis.
