Role Description
As the Revenue Analyst you will support the Commercial Operations department by analyzing data to understand business and market trends in order to increase company revenue and efficiency.
- Use data to understand business and market patterns and trends
- Analyze internal and external data through quantitative research
- Communicate analysis findings to company through standard and ad hoc reports
- Promote best practices in data analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Audit data feeds for abnormalities or erroneous data
- Configure system settings for various vacation rental markets to optimize rate settings
- Prepare Revenue projections for potential unit acquisitions and forecast market performance
- Discuss with market shareholders current market conditions and trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business System Analysis, or equivalent practical experience
- Two (2) or more years of experience in business/financial analysis
- Previous experience in business intelligence, analysis, or related field
- Knowledge of statistical tools and business reporting
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to learn and execute new software applications
