Role Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Intelligence leader to own and drive the evolution of our enterprise analytics platform. This is not a traditional reporting role. The successful candidate will inherit a business-critical Power BI environment, architect and lead the migration to an AWS-based data lakehouse and Amazon QuickSight ecosystem and establish the foundation for AI-enabled analytics capabilities.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical execution. You will serve as the organization's senior BI expert, partnering directly with executive leadership, Revenue Operations, Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Technology teams to deliver trusted, scalable, and intelligent analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Analytics, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or Data Architecture.
• Proven ownership of enterprise BI platforms from architecture through delivery and support.

• Hands-on experience with:
• Amazon S3
• AWS Glue
• Amazon Athena
• Amazon Redshift
• Lake Formation
• Lakehouse Architectures
• Amazon QuickSight
• Advanced SQL and query optimization.
• Experience with Salesforce architecture and data extraction.
• Git-based Version Control and CI/CD Pipelines.
