[Hiring] Reporting and Performance Management Analyst - Air @BCD

Role Description

In this role, you will support the development of supplier analysis that uncovers new revenue opportunities and reduces potential risks. You will continuously track the performance of these strategic efforts and deliver reporting that enables active oversight within the Supplier Management & Delivery team. You will also build innovative tools that streamline existing reporting processes and encourage creative approaches to analyzing new business challenges.

• Monitor key strategic suppliers to proactively address market changes and identify revenue opportunities
• Remain up-to-date on industry trends while evaluating whether industry changes have potential to impact BCD’s business
• Leverage existing reporting tools and Microsoft Office applications to analyze data against contract models and assess strategic options
• Conduct analysis on ad hoc market, supplier, or client changes, evaluating their potential impact on performance and revenue
• Support team in data analysis for quarterly business reviews
• Assist in deal performance analytics and support regional and global supplier proposals for forecasting
• Use supplier, internal, and 3rd-party data to develop interactive reporting that tracks supplier contractual performance, ensuring optimal revenues and earnings rates
• Communicate the analyses in an effective manner with internal regional teams and illustrate recommended levers to act upon analytical findings
• Utilize supplier and internal data to increase accuracy of supplier projections for monthly accruals

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the travel industry, airline supplier relations, airline revenue management, or airline consulting
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel
• Basic SQL skills
• Financial modeling skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills (oral, written & presentation) in English
• Ability to travel domestically & internationally
