Role Description

Role based in BSv organisation. Leveraging deepening knowledge of one or more R2A processes (record, report, analyze etc), Record to Analyze Process Experts participate in or lead the achievement of service levels, key measurement targets of the team and deliver a high quality and cost-effective service that drives compelling business outcomes. They support the delivery of customer-focused and compliant services through the adoption of frictionless finance, practice processes, technologies, methodologies which drive innovation and process improvements. Their domain expertise means they are responsible for processing non-complex to complex transactions, resolving standard process-related issues, preparation and finalization of the period and close activities and reporting (including interactions with Client Financial Controllers) and performing reconciliations.

• Have deep knowledge of the process, policies and desktop procedures within their engagement.
• Be aware of the client-specific adjustments and deviations from the generic GPM process design.
• Apply process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) to the area of expertise for continuous improvement purposes.
• Enhance and re-design processes to ensure improvement within client context.
• Drive value back to client utilizing their process expertise.
• Keep abreast of technological developments, their strengths and weaknesses, and suggest technology-related improvements within the given area of expertise.

• Understand the client system architecture and how it relates to the CG Platforms and offerings including the Automation Drive Suit and DGEM Tech and actively seek new opportunities for the application of CG Platform BluePrint components.
• Have excellent command of the functionalities of the technology used for the delivery of services in different client contexts.
• Apply complex analytical models and problem-solving techniques and methodologies to the specific context.
• Be aware of the business context for the analyzed data, can draw insights and make relevant recommendations to deliver valuable outcomes to the client.
• Understand the cost drivers of the services and support effective usage of them in the service delivery.
• Understand KPI measures and their impact on profitability. Propose improvements to optimize and increase efficiency and effectiveness within the delivery.
• Identify and escalate out-of-scope requests.

• Provide encouragement, feedback, and coaching to team members to improve their performance.
