[Hiring] People Business Intelligence Analyst @GoDaddy

Role Description

Join Our Team at GoDaddy as a People Business Intelligence Analyst. This remote position involves working with complex datasets to create reliable reporting that supports our People team and business leaders.

• Map and document data flows from HR source systems into Redshift, including field definitions, lineage, and business logic.
• Maintain a data dictionary and metric glossary to ensure consistent definitions across teams and dashboards.
• Build and maintain dashboards in QuickSight and Power BI covering key people metrics.
• Write and optimise SQL queries in Redshift for reporting and analysis needs.
• Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and People leadership to translate business questions into data models and visualisations.
• Ensure sensitive HR data is handled in line with privacy and access-control policies.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues at the source or within the mapping layer.
• Support recurring reporting cycles including monthly headcount reviews and quarterly board reporting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Visualisation, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses like Amazon Redshift.
• Advanced expertise in building dashboards in Amazon QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Experience with data mapping and ETL concepts.

Requirements

• Willingness to work United States East Coast hours (UTC -4 / UTC -5).
• 3+ years of experience in People Analytics, Recruiting Analytics, or HR data environments.
• Exposure to HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, BambooHR, and ATS platforms.
• Familiarity with AWS data lake technologies including S3, Glue, Athena, and Redshift.
• Basic Python or R proficiency for data cleaning and analysis.
• Prompt engineering experience and experience building generative AI solutions.
