[Hiring] Part-Time Data Entry Clerk @DTN

Role Description

A Part-Time Grain Bid Representative is responsible for gathering grain prices from elevators, feed mills, ethanol plants, and other grain buyers from the U.S. and Canada. On average, each staffer inputs up to 800 bids per day. Pay is $15.00 per hour. Bids are gathered using 3 sources: calls, emails, and websites. Bid gathering takes place between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. The window for bid gathering exists when the futures market is closed. Reps are responsible for accurately inputting these prices and checking their work. Additionally, representatives may perform other research as requested.

• Gather bids from defined sources
• Enter all bids into the Excel file
• Enter all bids into the database
• Double-check all work
• Email out-of-range bids
• Email sheet changes

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, or currently working toward graduation
• Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, databases, etc.
• Good Written and Verbal communication skills
