    • Coordinate with the PSI team and other teams to collect success stories.
    • Ensure all reporting adheres strictly to internal quality standards, donor guidelines, reporting templates, and compliance timelines.
  • Data Management & Quality Assurance
    • Manage metric databases, ensuring secure data storage, back-ups, and user access control.
    • Perform regular data cleaning, routine validation checks, and data quality assessments.
    • Identify tracking gaps or data collection errors and implement corrective action plans.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEAL, project management related to social services, data analytics, public health information systems, or related field.
  • Proven competency in monitoring, database management, and technical report writing.
  • Work experience in domestic social service projects and/or in International Relief and Development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Management, Social Sciences, International Development Studies, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in mobile data collection platforms, e.g. KoboToolbox, ODK, CommCare, Survey CTO or another.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts), and data visualization tools, e.g. Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience managing log-frames, indicator tracking matrices, and donor reporting templates.
  • Strong written communication, analytical thinking, high attention to detail, and ability to translate complex data into accessible reports.
  • Strong theological alignment with the Chalmers Center’s vision for biblical poverty alleviation.
  • Availability to travel internationally when required (less than 10%).

Commitments

  • Commitment to the Vision, Mission, and Values of the Chalmers Center.
  • Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to Chalmers’ Statement of Faith.
  • Play an active role in the life of a local church community.
  • Seek to apply the gospel to all areas of life, including interpersonal relationships.
  • Use a humble listening approach with both internal and external constituencies.
