Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Master Data Management, data quality, customer data management, or a related technical role
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Informatica Customer 360 or Informatica MDM
• Experience in MDM configuration and development, production support, and incident management
• Hands-on experience configuring Match & Merge capabilities
• Knowledge of Search Match API concepts and REST API integrations
• Experience with survivorship rules, trust frameworks, and customer golden records
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills
• Experience troubleshooting incidents, conducting root cause analyses, and performing data quality remediation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Preferred: Informatica Customer 360 or Informatica MDM certification
• Experience implementing enterprise customer or party master data solutions
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman
• Experience with data profiling, data cleansing, and data quality monitoring
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or structured change management processes

Requirements

• Configure, develop, and optimize Match & Merge capabilities in Informatica Customer 360 or Informatica MDM
• Configure and maintain matching rules, thresholds, survivorship rules, and trust framework logic
• Support real-time Search Match services and scheduled matching and merging processes
• Manage and validate the creation and consolidation of customer golden records
• Analyze match outcomes and recommend improvements to matching accuracy and duplicate prevention
• Develop and execute test scenarios for MDM configurations, enhancements, and integrations
• Collaborate with business, data governance, and technical teams to translate requirements into MDM solutions
• Monitor and support MDM matching, merging, and customer identification services
• Investigate and resolve production incidents involving match failures, merge issues, incorrect golden records, and data discrepancies
• Troubleshoot Search Match APIs, MDM configurations, and related integrations
• Use SQL to investigate, validate, and reconcile customer data
• Perform root cause analyses and implement or coordinate corrective actions
• Support data remediation, reprocessing, and production change activities
• Maintain incident records, technical documentation, and operational runbooks
• Coordinate with application, integration, database, and vendor support teams as needed
