Role Description

Lead data-driven manufacturing transformation initiatives to optimize production, quality, and compliance across pharma environments.

• Implement and manage digital quality systems (eQMS, LIMS, DMS, TMS) to enhance deviation tracking, CAPA management, and audit readiness.
• Drive data governance, data quality, and master data management aligned with GMP, GLP, and GCP standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, regulatory, and digital teams to deliver actionable insights and support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong domain expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, including batch records, deviations, CAPAs, and environmental monitoring.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (Python, R, SQL) and visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau), along with systems like SAP and MES.
• Consulting mindset with experience in client-facing roles, project delivery, and translating data into business value.
• Deep understanding of GMP-compliant data systems, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and predictive analytics.
