Role Description

Endeavour has an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about data, analytics, and AI, and eager to be part of an innovative company that's on a journey to transform the world's data center and IoT infrastructure. Endeavour is hiring a Manager, Business Systems & Analytics to build and operate our data, reporting, and analytics ecosystem while also playing a meaningful role in a large, multi-system implementation underway across the business. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who has owned dashboards, data pipelines, ERP-connected reporting, and AI-enabled analytics, and who has also been in the room, and in the configuration, for major system rollouts.

You will support analytics across Finance, Supply Chain, Construction, and Portfolio companies, and partner closely with business architecture and IT on the implementation of ERP and adjacent software. You will work alongside operators, model the data, configure platforms, validate numbers, and help drive decisions, while contributing to the standards and roadmap that scale the organization over time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or financial reporting, with a clear track record of hands-on work.
• Demonstrated functional depth in at least one major ERP (NetSuite strongly preferred; Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics, or Workday considered) - including configuration, reporting, and an articulate point of view on capabilities, trade-offs, and scalability vs. alternatives.
• 3+ years administering and building in modern BI tools - including data modeling, semantic layer design, and performance tuning.
• Proven experience designing, standardizing, and implementing reporting and data governance processes end to end.
• Deep fluency with business software used to run companies (ERP, BI, CRM, supply chain, PLM, CMMS) including configuration, administration, and getting the most out of these platforms. Advanced spreadsheet and financial modeling skills.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI-assisted analytics or automation in production (not pilots or proofs of concept alone).
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, data center, or other production-related industries preferred.
• Prior experience in fast-paced, high-growth or start-up environments preferred.
• Domestic and international travel required.

• Operational depth - fluency in end-to-end business processes and how they show up in systems and data.
• Implementation instincts - comfort working through requirements, configuration, testing, and go-live alongside business and IT partners.
• Familiarity with business architecture concepts and process-to-system mapping a plus.
• Concrete communicator - explains work through specific examples, decisions, and measurable outcomes rather than frameworks and generalities.
• Strong ownership of data accuracy and a high bar for the numbers.
• Ability to build structure in ambiguous environments without requiring it to be built around them.
