Role Description

GOBI Technologies' Microsoft Data & AI practice is experiencing significant growth. We are seeking an exceptional Lead Data Architect to amplify our capabilities, elevate our technical excellence, and help shape the future of data-driven transformation for our clients. You will join an established, high-performing team and play a pivotal role in scaling our delivery capacity, deepening our technical leadership, and driving measurable client outcomes across complex enterprise engagements.

As Lead Data Architect, you will be instrumental in:

• Shaping enterprise data strategies that unlock AI readiness and business value
• Architecting modern data platforms on Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, and Azure
• Winning strategic engagements through compelling pre-sales leadership
• Ensuring delivery excellence across complex, multi-workload implementations
• Elevating our practice through thought leadership, mentorship, and standards

Your work will directly influence how organizations harness their data for competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data solutions
• 5+ years in client-facing consulting or professional services
• 3+ years leading architecture across multiple concurrent engagements
• Proven track record of successful enterprise data platform implementations

Requirements

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate (Preferred)
• Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (Preferred)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (Preferred)
• Databricks Certified Data Engineer or Architect (Preferred)
