[Hiring] Lead, Data Analyst @Kyndryl

Role Description

As a Lead Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making across our organization. You will leverage your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and interpretation to provide actionable insights that optimize our workforce strategies.

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform workforce strategies and business decisions.
• Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to ensure data is clean, structured, and ready for analysis.
• Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create compelling visualizations that communicate complex analytical insights.
• Help data scientists in analysis to develop and implement predictive models to forecast workforce needs.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across multiple platforms.
• Continuously track and monitor the performance of KPI’s, analytical models and processes.
• Engage with HR, business leaders, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs.

Qualifications

• 6–7+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or related field.
• Strong experience in analyzing large datasets to derive actionable business insights.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Experience collaborating with data engineers and data scientists on data preparation and pipelines.
• Solid understanding of data structures, data cleaning, and data transformation techniques.
• Proven ability to communicate insights effectively to business and HR stakeholders.
• Experience ensuring data integrity, consistency, and adherence to data governance standards.
• Strong experience in KPI tracking, performance monitoring, and process optimization.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Experience with predictive analytics and supporting or building forecasting models.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Familiarity with data architecture, ETL processes, and cloud data platforms.
• Strong data storytelling and ability to create executive-level dashboards.
• In-depth knowledge of HR metrics, workforce planning, and talent analytics.
• Experience working in large, global, and matrixed organizations.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile, and cross-functional environments.
• Strong consultative mindset with ability to bridge business and technical teams.
