Role Description

We are seeking a Junior Reporting Analyst to support data visualization, dashboard creation, and reporting initiatives. This role involves working with Power BI, Tableau, and SQL to develop interactive reports that help stakeholders make informed decisions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong data presentation skills, and enjoys working with large datasets to create meaningful insights.

Position title: Junior Reporting Analyst

What You Will Be Doing

• Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Sigma.
• Extract, transform, and visualize data to support business intelligence needs.
• Write SQL queries to retrieve relevant data for reporting.
• Work closely with business users to identify key reporting needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting functions.
• Assist in performance optimization of dashboards and reports for better usability.
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in reporting, business intelligence, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Strong data manipulation and reporting skills using Excel.
• Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful visual reports.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and presentation.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical users.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to ETL processes and data transformation.
• Familiarity with DAX calculations and Power BI modeling.
• Experience with business intelligence tools and automation techniques.
