[Hiring] Jr Business Analyst @ECS Tech Inc

Role Description

ECS is seeking a Jr Business Analyst to work remotely. We are currently seeking a communicative and well-rounded Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will:

• Work with stakeholders to understand business issues and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define the transformed business model, including:
• Re-engineered business processes
• New or re-defined process roles
• Business requirements
• Business rules
• Maintain product backlogs, ensuring requirements are clear, prioritized, and actionable.
• Support overall project success by engaging in daily operational activities and surfacing process improvement opportunities, including monitoring and updating the Siteimprove Platform.
• Coordinate with various data team roles and skillsets to support solution design and project execution.
• Support cross-functional project teams consisting of application development, IT operations, and information security teams.
• Document and track project changes, risks, and issues through resolution.
• Maintain and update all requirements documentation.
• Communicate changes to requirements and projects to all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong experience translating business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with process improvement, documentation, and workflow optimization.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, data engineers, product owner, CX members, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
